These resources support programs in documenting, evaluating, and improving student learning through intentional curriculum management. The Assessment Toolkit, reporting timelines, rubric, and planning materials are designed to help programs develop assessment methods, collect actionable evidence, analyze results, and communicate findings clearly to both internal and external audiences. Together, these tools help programs tell a coherent story about student learning, curriculum effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
Assessment Timeline
The timelines provide an estimate of the time required to submit a complete assessment report by the deadline that adheres with curriculum management.
Feedback Rubric
OIE uses the rubric to provide structured, actionable feedback that helps programs strengthen curriculum management, improve assessment practices, and demonstrate student learning and curriculum effectiveness.

Curriculum Management Course
This course is designed for three key audiences—faculty, assessment coordinators, and deans/department chairs—each with distinct responsibilities in the curriculum management cycle. Because these roles differ, each group has its own set of learning outcomes and an associated digital badge. The course is voluntary.
