How to Use the Assessment Timelines

The timelines below outline how faculty, assessment coordinators, and academic leaders work together across the full assessment cycle—not just at the point of reporting.

Organized around key time points leading up to report submission, these timelines highlight when core activities typically occur, from implementing improvements to collecting and analyzing data.

The purpose is not to emphasize deadlines, but to support ongoing, coordinated work that keeps assessment meaningful, faculty‑driven, and aligned with intentional curriculum management. Programs may adapt these timelines to fit their needs, structures, and available resources.
