The OIE Honor Roll recognizes excellence in continuous improvement efforts. Each year’s list includes those programs and offices whose most recent assessment report met a high standard as revealed by rubric-based review. The formal criteria are as follows:

-Overall feedback rating of at least 3.0 (Mature);

-Ratings of at least 3.0 on element 13 (use of results for improvement) and element 14 (a proxy for quality of methods); and

-No individual elements rated less than 2.0 (Developing).
